What you put in your body is indicative of what you get out of it. During stress, it is extremely important to have all the right vitamins, minerals, and molecule intake so that your body will not deplete faster and your endurance will increase so a healthy diet is important. There are thousands upon thousands of books on eating healthily so here is a concise compilation of all of it.

 

Do:

  • Eat lots of whole grainsEat lots of fruits and of vegetables

  • Eat an ample supply of protein from lean meats and from fish

  • Eat healthy fats like monosaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids from olive oils, flaxseed oils, and cold-water fish oils.

Do not:

  • Intake excessive fat

  • Intake a lot of refined sugars

  • Intake food additives

  • Intake stimulants like sugar, caffeine, nicotine, et cetera (the burst of energy lasts shortly.)

 

Due to depleted soil, food may not have all the nutrients it use to have so supplements for vitamins A, B, C, D, and E and calcium are recommended.
